Initial Assessment: CCS begins each engagement by taking the time necessary to understand your organization, mission and unique culture as well as the position requirements. This understanding allows us to create a compelling position description and announcement that accurately reflects the expectations of the position. We then create a timeline and identify key metrics for the search.
Following the acceptance of this proposal, we will meet with the leadership team and other key personnel and review all relevant materials provided by your organization to clarify desired candidate qualifications and traits. CCS will also assist the team with revising the job description as necessary.
Sourcing: Using information gathered during the initial assessment, our agreed-upon sourcing strategies and our extensive network, CCS will begin to build a pool of qualified and best-fit candidates. We will actively seek out high-performing individuals with comparable positions at similar organizations and publicize the position through our own network as well as agreed upon outlets by the client.
Initial Screening: CCS will screen all resumes received against criteria established in the initial assessment.
In-depth Screening: CCS will save you valuable time and money because it only looks at the best-fit and highly qualified candidates. We will conduct initial interviews with candidates who meet the minimum criteria and follow-up with in-depth interviews with best-fit candidates. Initial interviews may be conducted via telephone, video conference and in person.
Reference Checks: To reduce the hiring risk, CCS will: conduct informal, in-depth reference interviews; review all publicly available data about any candidates forwarded for consideration; conduct education, employment and certification verification (including fingerprinting, drug testing and background checks) and to the best of our ability, confirm all factual statements regarding the candidate’s history and record of accomplishments. Candidate Summary: CCS will provide a comprehensive written summary for candidates forwarded for consideration.
Final interviews: The client will take the lead while CCS provides support to ensure that you are prepared and ready to make the most of your candidate interviews. We can assist from everything to coordinating schedules to providing interview questions.
Selection, Offer & On-boarding: During this phase CCS will help you complete the search process. We will assist you in aligning up your offer with the candidate value and your budget; communicate respectfully with the candidates that were not selected and help you finalize your on-boarding process.
