About your Instructor:
Amanda Jacobson has a passion for building community and currently invests her time in women’s leadership with the United Way Suncoast. Her background is in community development, event planning, volunteer management, and public relations. Jacobson serves on the Board of Directors for national non-profit serving children and young adults called the Tourette Information Center and Support (TICS) where she advises on non-profit governance and fundraising best practices. Jacobson serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals for Tampa Bay, the Women of Influence Committee with the Tampa Bay Chamber, and the founding selection committee for the Collegiate Leadership Program with the Tampa Chamber of Commerce program.
