STARability

The Opportunity

The leadership wanted to undertake a feasibility study to determine if the organization was ready for a $7 million capital campaign to build a community center that would incorporate administrative offices, residential facilities, and a social entrepreneurship center that would transform the lives of individuals with disabilities.

How Catalyst Facilitated Change

We were able to engage long-time stakeholders to discuss a future vision and ascertain their affinity, capacity, and ability of a long-term need unmet in Collier County.

The Outcome

The result was a road map for the organization that built upon renewed energy for the vision and focus towards realistic benchmarks that would make the center a reality in the next 5-10 years. Post-work with our team included the development of a strategic plan that included goals of re-branding to increase awareness in the community, a more engaged board and increased revenue streams.

Testimonial

“I’ve worked with many consultants in the past, but Catalyst by far brings the highest level of professionalism and non-profit expertise than anyone else I’ve worked with. We selected CCS due to their breadth and quality of experience working with nonprofits, outstanding recommendations, track record of success, access to resources and a fresh, more universal perspective.”
