An organizational assessment is an effective tool to gauge an organization’s strategic focus, leadership and management, governance, human resource capacity, financial and fundraising structure, and learning and evaluation ability.

About Your Instructor:
Michelle Turman, MA, CFRE is the CEO of Catalyst Consulting Services whose mission is to facilitate positive change in the areas of executive searches, organizational management, and fundraising.
